300 Third Tower
Situated at the intersection of Third and Cumberland streets in downtown Little Rock, 300 Third Tower is a downtown Little Rock landmark. Rising 218 feet, 300 Third offers its residents views of the Arkansas River to the north, the Clinton Presidential Library and Park to the east and the downtown skyline to the west.
Amenities in the building includes Copper Grill, one of the area’s most renowned restaurants, and Copper Grocery, a ground-level gourmet market that offers staple food items, a deli, a bakery and coffee shop, as well as gourmet take-out lunches and dinners for the growing neighborhood. The building has a private exercise facility, secure on-premise parking and three high-speed passenger elevators serving each residential floor and providing access to a screened rooftop deck and party room for the exclusive use of residents and their guests.
At the heart of the 18-story mixed-use high-rise is an integrated Advanced solution that connects and protects the building’s residents and improves the quality of their living experience while providing enhanced security in many forms.
Advanced provided a complete data-and-voice cabling solution for each of the condominiums as well as in the retail space below. A fiber backbone connects the single-floor systems. To meet residents’ needs, Advanced also pre-wired sound system solutions in each condo, returning when needed to customize the system to suit residents’ preferences.
An integrated Gamewell FCI E3 expandable emergency evacuation solution protects residents while supporting programming that ensures that a minor incident with a smoke detector in one condo, for example, will not force a building-wide evacuation. The emergency evacuation solution also includes an "area of rescue" system by Aiphone on each floor that allows residents who are unable to exit the building to contact fire personnel while remaining safe from danger.
Advanced also installed a Lenel access control system that manages entry and exit from the building as well as operating the parking gate to allow residents to drive into and out of the parking garage. Also, a Door King telephone entry system, along with Bosch CCTV cameras, provide visitor management services so residents can view and speak with guests before allowing them access to the building.
