The 14-story, mixed-use building in the River Market District of Little Rock, Arkansas contains a hotel, office space, and 24 luxury condominiums on the top 4 floors. The 120 room hotel is a Marriott Courtyard. First Security Bancorp occupies 4 floors with a major subsidiary - Crews & Associates, and also has a branch banking facility on the first floor. Residents on the building’s top 4 floors enjoy not only the wide array of offerings in the River Market, but also a host of amenities.
Advanced offered a Gamewell-FCI emergency evacuation system including voice evacuation for the entire building which is networked via a redundant fiber optic loop to each floor. Advanced also installed structured cabling for select tenants.
